What’s in scope:
Editorial Review — 3–5 passes/month on key assets (homepage drafts, landing pages, sales decks, flagship emails)
Red-Thread Enforcement — Every major asset checked against ICP, pillars, proof, language rules
Message Library Upkeep — Approved headlines, proof lines, objection-handling snippets, elevator pitches
Sales Enablement — Talk-track tuning, Gong call review, discovery questions, objection responses
Quarterly Enablement Session — 60–90 min with the team on using the story in current campaigns
Content & Agency Oversight — Brief writing and output review so agencies stay on-story
Light Measurement — Quarterly KPI snapshot + 3–5 "tighten this" recommendations
What’s not in scope:
Writing weekly blog posts or managing content calendar
Running paid campaigns or building dashboards
Writing every piece of content the team produces
Acting as fractional CMO or GTM strategist
When to add this:
After completing Autopsy & Blueprint or GTM Story Engine
No strong internal PMM or editor to protect story quality
Team using AI tools to scale content — needs guardrails against brand drift
Want a structured measurement loop, not just hoping the story sticks
